All things considered, it was a shoe that wasn’t destined to exist after Michael Jordan abruptly announced his retirement from the game of basketball after the tragic murder of his father. But the brand wanted to live on after Jordan’s announcement, so the Jumpman scrambled to outfit a number of newly signed players in a plethora of player exclusives. The lineage lives on, as we recently previewed an exclusive Marshall Faulk PE. In honor of the recent surfacing of Marshall Faulk’s Air Jordan 9 Low PEs, we decided to count down the top 9 Air Jordan 9 player exclusives doled out by Jordan Brand in the past, so stick with us after the click and let us know which pair is your favorite in the comments.
Air Jordan 9 Low – Marshall Faulk “Rams” PE
Taking a scheme similar to the Air Jordan 9 “Bin 23”, the shoe features a low cut that we would’ve loved to see fly up the sidelines for a touchdown back in the early 2000s as a member of the “Greatest Show on Turf”. (Source: poundforpoundshoes on eBay)
