Tour New Angles Of Air Jordan 9 “Military Green”

April 10th, 2015 By

With all the huge Jordan Brand releases shaping up 2015 like Air Jordan 10 “Double Nickel,” Air Jordan 7 “Hare” and “Bordeaux,” even Air Jordan 8 “Aqua” and “Chrome,” it’s easy to forget Air Jordan 9. But that’s probably going to change soon as more and more images of this “Military Green” colorway surface. Plied with a smooth white and metallic gold-green shade, Jordan Brand is bringing back a sot of Air Jordan 9 “Olive” vibe in a home colorway configuration. An August release is on the board for now but we’ll continue to monitor the details. Thoughts on this unusual edition? Drop them in the comments.

New Angles Of Air Jordan 9 “Military Green”

April 9th, 2015 By

air-jordan-9-military-green-1

New images of the upcoming Air Jordan 9 “Military Green” have emerged, giving us a couple more glimpses of this 30th anniversary release. Unlike many AJ9s that make use of a two-tone look by coloring in the rand that runs the perimeter of the shoe, this issue goes all white leather, paired with that gold green hue on the lining, lace pulls, and speckled midsole. All the standard AJ9 logos and branding return intact. While unofficial sentiment at the moment, word floating is that this shoe is expected in August as a limited release of 11,994 pairs, a nod to 1994 when the original Air Jordan 9 was in its heyday. Enjoy this look for now and stay tuned for developing coverage. Find additional photos here.

Air Jordan 9 Bronzed In Military Green

April 8th, 2015 By

At first glance, you may see think this Air Jordan 9 is an odd colorway choice. White with bronze-tinted green, with cement speckling? But Jordan Brand, contrary to pockets of opinion, deliberately chooses each release, each colorway. So there’s demand for this look, just like there was for the Air Jordan 9 in its unusual “Olive” and BIN23 editions. With highly sought sneakers like the Air Jordan 11 Low “Bred,” Air Jordan 1 High “Bulls,” Air Jordan 13 Low “Bred” and Air Jordan 7 “Bordeaux” on deck, this summer’s release schedule is jam packed – where will this Air Jordan 9 “Military Green” fit in? We’ll have to wait and see for now.
