Air Jordan 11LAB4 Takes Red Patent Next Level

March 30th, 2015 By

When you combine Air Jordan 11‘s most famous material with one of the most famous early Air Jordans, you get the 11LAB4. Jordan Brand has decided to give fans a true red-out colorway of the 11LAB4, playing up the eye-popping patent leather gloss to the hilt. Sharp eyes will spot nary a stitch around the toe, which has been done on purpose to nod to Air Jordan 11s one-piece patent wrap. With a sneaker so loud and bright, you’d have to bank on a summertime release. We’ll have those details as they unfold right here at Jordans Daily. Are you in on the 11LAB4 or do you prefer more traditional looks like “Columbias” or even the quieter yet still bold “Laser” edition?

The Jordan LAB series resumes this summer with the 11LAB4 in bright red. As its name implies, this Air Jordan 4 takes its cues from Air Jordan 11, and we all know what that really can only be – patent leather. In this application, it’s all red synthetic in an almost Vac-Tech format, bringing out the patent look to max effect. Is this an easy add to your rotation or more of an acquired taste?

Air Jordans are almost always photogenic (even XV, sometimes) but whether or not they transition that appeal from the screen to your feet is another matter. That’s why on-feet pics serve to bridge the gap for you and, hopefully, these few angles accomplish the goal. Once an off-court player exclusive dream on Michael Jordan‘s feet, the Air Jordan 11 Low “Bred” is exactly two months away from yours.

Do You Want To See Air Jordan 11 Low “Columbia” Return?

March 22nd, 2015 By

Every so often we receive a reminder of what was and could be in realm of retro sneakers. Today’s example is a pristine pair of Air Jordan 11 Low in White/Columbia Blue. No, you didn’t blink and miss these at retail this year – just a size 9 sample from 2000, ahead of their April 2001 release. However, recent 11 Lows and the upcoming “Bred” edition call into question other colorways that fans just might like to buy ASAP. The “Snakeskin” editions from 2001 are a thought. An “XI IE” that everyone says they don’t care for yet you can’t find for long once they drop is another possibility. But if you don’t feel like waiting around for rumors to fly and release dates to be set, you can begin acquiring rarities like these Columbias now over on eBay.

NBA Jordans Daily: Alan Anderson Brings Back Air Jordan 11 Concords

March 22nd, 2015 By

Despite the near universal appeal and approval of Air Jordan 11 “Concord,” they aren’t seen regularly on NBA courts. Chalk that up to players preferring newly designed sneakers or just not wanting the responsibility of wearing such an iconic shoe. But every so often an Alan Anderson or James Johnson plays Icarus to Michael Jordan’s footwear sun, and they lace up the Concords to the delight of sneaker watchers like us.

NBA Jordans Daily: Marcus Morris Puts Up 11, 11 & Air Jordan 11 Cool Grey

March 22nd, 2015 By

If it weren’t for jersey numbers, we might not be able to tell Marcus and Markieff Morris apart. They even wear the same sneaker many times, focusing on the Nike LeBron line and old school classics like the Foamposite One. On occasion one of the twins will jump into something unfamiliar, as Marcus did on Sunday night with the Dallas Mavericks in town. Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey” hit the court, a fitting complement to the Suns’ white, orange and grey home uniform. Number 15 added 11 points and 11 rebounds to his team’s 98-92 win, a must-have as the Suns try to catch Oklahoma City for the West’s final playoff spot.

Air Jordan 11 Low “Bred” – New Photos

March 21st, 2015 By

Once simply an entrant on the Jordan retro wish list (and on Michael Jordan‘s off-court feet), Air Jordan 11 Low “Bred” finally releasing for the people. As you’ve no doubt seen in previous photos of the highly sought lowtop sneaker, these Breds are pretty much a spot-on replica of the famous Jordan 11 Mid, just lower at the ankle, a tiny Jumpman at the heel, and red lining instead of black. Sure, the Jordan Future and newly unveiled Roshe Run-esque Eclipse will be go-to summer kicks but the 11 Low will be the main event. Check some new photos, including an on-feet shot, ahead and let us know how many pairs you’re angling for.
