The latest colorway in the Jordan Melo M12 release schedule is veering very red as it shapes up as a possible All-Star colorway for its namesake in February.
In lieu of official word from Jordan Brand, fans may feel free to call this one simply “Red Gum,” an apt description for the shoe’s two undeniable characteristics. The engineered mesh upper screams red throughout, letting up just enough to allow for some gold tracing and the gum sole underfoot.
With three days to go in balloting, Carmelo Anthony currently holds a slim lead for a slot in the East All-Star starting five, setting up this shoe’s potential debut during the Toronto festivities. Even if he never laces these up, you can when they release in just a few short weeks. Official photos below, stay tuned for more details.
