Jordan Brand Officially Introduces Westbrook 0

Released today, the Jordan Westbrook 0 represents a new direction as Jordan Brand’s first signature lifestyle shoe, inspired for Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook.

While designed to suit Westbrook’s forward-thinking fashion sense, the Westbrook 0 finds its aesthetics in the timeless heritage of Jordan Brand classics like the Air Jordan XI, whose mesh strip-reinforced upper provides the shoe’s central theme. The look extends to an embossed leather rand, one-pull lacing system, and siped outsole for a low-profile, casual style that hews to Westbrook’s penchant for footwear that can match up with virtually any attire.

“The goal was to keep the design for the Jordan Westbrook 0 clean and versatile, with a nod to Jordan heritage,” Westbrook said via press release. “It was important for the shoe to embody my sense of style and have the potential to be be dressed up or dressed down.”

“Growing up, I did not have the access or the means to buy shoes for lifestyle and fashion purposes. I wanted to make sure my shoe was accessible to kids and am excited to see how they will wear the Jordan Westbrook 0 and express themselves through the shoe.”
