Our weekend roundup of Jumpmen representatives in the NBA is a pack pretty much split down the middle, with a handful of players lacing up in newer models and another group opting for the homage with recent retro releases. In the former group comes Carmelo Anthony, who laced up in the Jordan Melo M8 in a nailbiter against Boston-a team with one of the longest JB athletes in the form of Ray Allen, who was spotted in the Air Jordan 2011 A-Flight. Meanwhile down in Miami D-Wade went with a black and white version of his latest signature silhouette the Jordan Fly Wade 2. Landing as the in-between of the old and the new was Bobby Simmons of the Clippers with the hybridized Air Jordan 8.0. There was plenty of heat in the on display for the retro realm, with Monta Ellis shown above in the Air Jordan XI ‘Space Jam’ and Gerald Green making the most of his 10-day return in the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’. Houston’s Courtney Lee in the Air Jordan X ‘Chicago’ and Washington’s Jordan Crawford in the Air Jordan VII ‘Cardinal’ round out the pack with their selections.
