Pretty sure there’s a trend going here with the Air Jordan 1 Low. You see it in the Bordeaux, Black Infrared, and now Green Pulse – nubuck and leather with the two-tone action, synthetic textile material on the Swooshes, and bright colors to make the logos pop. It’s an interesting formula, and one wonders how Jordan Brand arrived at such a conclusion, but there must be something to it. Maybe there’s a skater vibe in play; after all, Air Jordan 1 attracted many skaters back in the ’80s because of the right mix of support and control they retained while wearing the hoops sneaker on-board.
