Michael Jordan’s love of fast cars is well documented, and while some of his shoes have taken inspiration from the fetish (the Air Jordan 6 with the Porche inspired heel tab and the Air Jordan 14 with the Ferrari motif) none of them have showcased a colorway as obviously denoting his affection as the Air Jordan 14 “Ferrari”. The pair takes on a premium suede and that fire red ubiquitous to sports cars, all while chrome detailing clashes with carbon fiber in what could be one of the most anticipated non-traditional retro colorways yet. If you live in Chicago, you’ll be lucky enough to grab the pair earlier than most, as they’ll hit select Foot Lockers this Saturday, August 16th.
