With an 82 game season, the grind of professional basketball can wear teams down and have early contenders look sluggish at the start of the post season. While this has happened to the Clippers before, with new coach Doc Rivers and a rejuvenated Chris Paul back from injury (not to mention fellow Jordan athlete Blake Griffin in MVP form) this season should be a different story. Jordan Brand has revamped the Jordan CP3.VII with a new playoff ready model in the Jordan CP3.VII AE. The sneaker features dynamic flywire for added support exposed on the upper and today we get a look at a brand new colorway in a Clippers-ready theme. Featuring a heavy dose of game royal, the sneaker adds a gradient to the upper while an almost metallic sheen hits the toebox. Add in infrared for good measure ont he lining and sole and we’re definitely excited to see these in the post season. What do you think of Chris Paul’s latest signature sneaker aimed for playoff use? Be sure to stick around after the click and while these release on April 9th, you can grab them early via 95soleman on eBay.
