After 2013 saw two colorways of the Air Jordan 3Lab5 atop the Air Jordan 5 that fell perfectly in tune with the silhouette’s 23rd anniversary, it looks like the Air Jordan ‘Elements Series’ will have much more in store for 2014. How about six possible sneakers under the Lab Series family tree? Based on a preview image of the packaging paper donning different periodic squares, there’s the Air Jordan 2 “It” (Italy for the leather used on the sneaker), the Air Jordan 3 “El” – which we detailed earlier in the day as the brand new 3M donning Air Jordan 3 “5Lab3”, Air Jordan 4 “S” (for the shoe’s cement speckle), the Air Jordan 11 “PL” (which can be assumed that stands for the standard patent leather), Air Jordan 15 “W” (which could potentially stand for a Woven iteration), and the Air Jordan 20 “Ls” (Laser). While we can’t tell which shoes will combine for each mash-up, for example which silhouette will wind up with the 4’s cement speckle or the patent leather belonging to the Air Jordan 11, it’s definitely an exciting development. Stick with us after the click to give us your predictions and stay tuned for more ‘Lab Series’ updates.
