Back before the Swoosh, Mike was linked to Converse and Carolina Blue. Somewhat ironically, two decades after ditching the All-Stars, Nike, with their booming financial successes due in part because of MJ’s signature line, would buy Converse. If you look closely enough, you can see the Converse logos appear on the players’ feet etched onto this vintage ‘Nation’s Finest’ UNC Tarheels t-shirt. Featuring Mike dribbling as the fourth player, this over 30 year old shirt commemorates UNC’s title run. Hit the jump for more images and if you have the dough to own a piece of history bid on it today from vintagecloset00 on eBay.
