You can blame Ray Allen for the latest round of speculation regarding the return of the Air Jordan XVI in retro form. When he broke out a PE pair for his first ever game with the Miami Heat folks were quick to wonder whether or not that appearance would signify future retail availaibility. That hasn’t panned out so far, but it looks like it might have been in the works. Shown here is an Air Jordan XVI Low created for the Fall of 2012 that never made it to retail.
