Following up on the last couple days of 2013 NBA Playoffs action, Jordans Daily is here to show you the Air Jordan sneakers that hit the court. A good number of them took place between Brooklyn and Chicago, with the likes of Andray Blatch and Gerald Wallace on the former and Nate Robinson on the latter doing their thing. Another exciting set of playoff games went down over the weekend, of course accompanied by plenty of exciting Air Jordan wears. Most notably we’ve gotta tip our hat to Nate Robinson, who proved he was indeed equipped to lead the Bulls in the post-season with his incredible performance in the Air Jordan XIII “Playoffs”. Jordan Brand does a pretty good job aligning itself with some of the NBA’s stronger squads, meaning that there are plenty of opportunities for player exclusive sneakers leading well into the post-season. Shown here is the current crop of Air Jordan XX8s that will be worn by various Team Jordan athletes for the 2013 NBA playoffs. Included in the group are Air Jordan XX8s for Russell Westbrook, Joe Johnson, Gerald Wallace, Rip Hamilton, and Ray Allen. On the last day of regular season play Joe Johnson managed to wow us yet again with his Air Jordan selection. The Jordan Brand athlete brought out the Air Jordan XI Low pictured above, a pair that isn’t available quite yet for all of us regular folks. The sneaker spots just a bit of red across the upper, but manages to stay pretty locked in to the muted black/white Brooklyn Nets combo. There’s pretty much no dispute as to who had the nicest Air Jordan wear over the weekend this time around. Derrick Williams of the Timberwolves blew us all away by bringing out the chromed out Air Jordan IV “Oregon Ducks”. And while the wear doesn’t make a ton of sense college-wise given that Williams is an Arizona alum, we definitely respect his sneaker game on this one. So Carmelo Anthony did go ahead and stuck with the Jordan Melo M8 Advance while on his win streak. And while he had a monstruous game last night it just wasn’t enough, as he and the Knicks eventually fell to Chicago in overtime. Speaking of Chicago, they had their share of Air Jordan wears too, with Nate Robinson doing the retro thing as always and Rip Hamilton rocking with the Air Jordan XX8. It looks like Carmelo Anthony has switched back to the Jordan Melo M8 Advance for the tail end of the Knicks’ season. And hey, if that sneaker has played any part in helping out with that 12-game winning streak that they’re on at the moment we can’t argue with it. Welp, the St. Patrick’s Day holiday doesn’t appeared to have resulted in any special Air Jordan PE colorways hitting the floor for Jordan Brand’s athletes in the NBA. And while that was a little bit of a let down there was still a good amount of eye candy in terms of sneakers. The Air Jordan XX8 continued to be a popular choice for the new era models and on the retro side plenty of players celebrated the weekend’s Air Jordan XIII “He Got Game” release by busting out that very sneaker on court. The post-All Star week in the NBA had plenty of exciting Air Jordan wears on court. The Air Jordan III ’88 was brought out for the first time, the Air Jordan V ‘Raging Bull’ hit the hardwood, and the all new Jordan Flight Luminary even made an appearance. Who wore what? Obviously the sports world was abuzz with the Super Bowl on-goings over the weekend (more on that later), but that doesn’t mean Jordans Daily is gonna slow down at all when it comes to bringing you the news on who is wearing what in the NBA as far as the Jumpman goes. This time we’ve got to give props to Rudy Gay of the Toronto Raptors, who brought out the Air Jordan VI ‘Carmine’ for a couple of recent games.
