Nikestore Planning Air Jordan Retro Restock for Spring 2014

This weekend was a bit confusing in regards to Nikestore. While they tweeted out a cryptic message about a surprise at 10AM EST following the busy releases of two Air Jordan 11 Lows and a “Yeezy” Foamposite Pro, apparently there was literally more in store. But due to slow processing of orders on the site the Air Jordan restock for Spring 2014 was then postponed, and yet the shoes still popped up anyways. While nobody was able to add them to cart, the mistake showcased exactly which sneakers we’ll be able to grab in the future (though a restock date is still unannounced) and excitement is definitely warranted. A number of OG colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG are returning, the Air Jordan 3 Retro 88, a number of Air Jordan 5 colorways from last year, the “Bred” Air Jordan 11s and more. Get with us after the click for a full rundown on all of the upcoming restocks.

If you have a size 15 or larger, then this weekend might just be one of the best weekends in history for you to grab all of those Air Jordan Retros you may have missed out on the past. After the announcement of the massive Eastbay restock and then the dismal news that all those sneakers would be exclusive to 15+ sizes besides the Air Jordan 6 “White/Infrared” and Air Jordan 3 “Dark Powder Blue”, it looks like Foot Locker will be getting in on the action as well. While most of the silhouettes featured are the same, Foot Locker didn’t go in depth as to what colorways would be featured, but you can grab all of your information via the Foot Locker release date page. So is this good news? Stay tuned for more and know you can grab all of your release date needs via our Jordan Release Date page.

Michael Jordan Apologized After Tony Wrotens Air Jordan 10 Tore Apart

Things aren’t going so well for the Philadelphia 76ers this season. Currently in the midst of a historically awful 22 game losing streak, the tanking Sixers don’t have much to look forward to besides the end of this season and the upcoming NBA Draft. To make matters worse, in a game against the top-seeded Indiana Pacers, guard Tony Wroten’s Air Jordan 10 fell apart on court. If that doesn’t personify the Sixers season, where they can’t even keep their shoes from falling apart, then we don’t know what does. Luckily, Michael Jordan got on the phone and called Wroten’s agent to personally apologize. The guard has been known to wear Air Jordan retros on court throughout the entire season, so will this change what he decides to wear? Hit the click to see the video of the sneaker fail in action and stick with Jordans Daily for all your Air Jordan news.

Michael Jordan Returned to the NBA 19 Years Ago Today

Michael Jordan Returned to the NBA 19 Years Ago Today

19 years ago today, Michael Jordan laced up a pair of the Air Jordan 10 “Chicago” after a 17 month hiatus from the game of basketball and faced off against the Indiana Pacers. Usually reserved for boos at number 23, Michael Jordan donned a number 45 to honor his late father and received a standing ovation against his Eastern Conference Rival. And even though he had a fairly poor shooting night (Mike made only 7 of his 28 attempts for 19 points) the two word press release leaked the day before reading “I’m back” was some of the best news the NBA and sporting world could have received.

Air Jordan 10: “Seamless” Italian Leather Sample

Air Jordan 10: Seamless Italian Leather Sample

Jordan Brand has tried some crazy things before in terms of rare samples that never make it to store shelves, but perhaps the craziest pair has been the Italian leather seamless samples of the Air Jordan 10. After all, the ninth and tenth signatures are the least loved in terms of most on-feet appearances by Michael Jordan thanks to his abrupt retirement. Today we get a look at a one of one two piece test session that features the seamless leather silhouette, but takes it a step further by imprinting a detailed shade of Mike’s face on one sneaker while his number 23 is engraved on the other foot. Feature a white on white scheme, this is one of the more outlandish Air Jordan 10s possibly ever. What do you think of this rare 1 of 1 sample? Hit the click to get a better look and let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
