March 24th, 2015 By

Fresh off Saturday’s release of the Air Jordan 4 “Laser,” fans who picked up the anniversary sneaker may want to look closely at their pair to see if they can spot Michael Jordan’s mug. While the overall mosaic isn’t quite as accolade-packed as the one found on Air Jordan XX‘s midfoot strap, there are little inclusions that fans can look for.

Mache Customs Air Jordan 4 Encore

March 9th, 2015 By

Sneaker artist Mache draws a crowd for his labor intensive creations like Thundercats-laden Nike Dunks, Air Jordan 3 “Pigeons” and Stewie Griffin Nike LeBron Xs, but he also produces spot-on renditions of highly sought stock colorways like the Eminem-inspired Air Jordan 4 “Encore.” Though the 2006 Encores came with leather wings, leather heel tabs and a slightly darker shade of grey, Mache’s take squares so nicely you’d have to inspect both at close range to separate the two. So feel free to do so below and let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Air Jordan 4 Retro: “Columbia”

The Air Jordan 11 “Columbia” will hit later this year, but there’s another offering with the same name for 2015 in the Air Jordan 4 “Columbia” that we’re already looking forward to. The pair is a part of that Jordan Brand Remastered Collection. The return to quality tumbled leather on the upper when mixed with the clean white and navy colorway might just be too much to pass up on, but plenty of people will be waiting for this Air Jordan 4’s imminent arrival as well. An On-Feet Preview of the Air Jordan 4Lab1 “Black/White”

September 24th, 2014 By

The Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 1 are teaming up as the next combination for the Jordan Lab Series, giving us this Black/White Air Jordan 4Lab1. The shoe uses the Air Jordan 1 as the canvas selection to utilize a full-on all over mesh net from the Air Jordan 4 while an icy outsole lingers for a sleek, new-aged look the Lab silhouettes have been known for. We can’t imagine what the Air Jordan 1Lab4 will end up looking like, but in the meantime we’re left with a clearer depiction of this mash up thanks to Shoulee81. Are you feeling this new Jordan Elements Series rendition? Check out more photos in our gallery and stay tuned for more right here on JordansDaily.

Another look at the Air Jordan 4Lab1

September 23rd, 2014 By

We’ve seen the Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 1 come together in last year’s Air Jordan 1 Retro ’89. The pair did a fairly good job at blending the two signatures, as a net overlay hit the Air Jordan 1 right on the side panel while added doses of cement print furthered the motif in looks to aid releases like the all red Air Jordan IV “Toro” pair. The Lab Series rendition on the other hand, in the Air Jordan 4Lab1 takes the mesh motif to the entirety of the sneaker much like the elephant print graced all of the Air Jordan 5 in the 3Lab5 and the vice versa. What do you think of the pair? Check out more images after the click.

An Air Jordan 7: “Cardinal” PE Made for Bugs Bunny

September 23rd, 2014 By

Michael Jordan’s affiliation with Bugs Bunny and company dates back before the days of Space Jam all the way to when he was marketing his Air Jordan 7. The Warner Bros. partnering with the Looney Tunes turned out to be a fairly successful one, but the bid for a feature length movie had to be shelved after Mike hung up his signatures for the minor leagues. Bugs Bunny PEs, those cartoonish yet real-life depictions of MJ’s signatures featuring a Hare Jordan logo are super rare, but do exist – just check out this Hare Jordan 7 “Bordeaux”. Today we get a look at another style in this Air Jordan 7 “Cardinal”. Check out this rare find after the click and stay tuned for more Player Exclusives (although they’ll probably be in humanoid form) right here on JordansDaily.
