The Air Jordan player exclusive wasn’t only worn by players after Michael’s hooping days were over. Along with Anfernee Hardaway and BJ Armstrong, Mitch Richmond was one of the few players to be blessed with his own version of an Air Jordan signature shoe. During the 1994-95 season, Richmond got his own Air Jordan X which came in the Sacramento Kings’ colors. This home based PE features a White/Black-Purple colorway with Richmond’s number 2 embroidered near the ankle. The Marquette Golden Eagles are flying high as they are ranked in top 10 in both the ESPN and AP polls. Michael Jordan has resided outside of Chicago since he played with the Bulls, but the Charlotte Bobcats owner recently put his longtime home up for sale. Jordan’s Highland Park mansion is currently listed at $29 million. Located off of Lake Michigan, the 56,000 square foot home has nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and a full sized basketball court among other features. There are often times when Jordan Brand designs a colorway for women that makes men seethe with envy; the WMNS Air Jordan VIII Retro ‘Aqua’ was one of those times. Last night, Bobby Simmons made his return to the NBA for the first time since November 2010 after being waived by the San Antonio Spurs. He debuted with the Los Angeles Clippers after signing a 10 day contract this past Monday.
