While the original colorways for each Air Jordan model will always stand the test of time, the what-ifs of Air Jordan history remain. Jordan Brand has started to answer some of them with the “Alternate” series – colorways in the running at the time of the OGs that just didn’t make it into production – like Air Jordan 8 “Alternate.”
This take could’ve served as Michael Jordan’s home sneaker in 1993 had the “Hare” colorway not been chosen. The traditional Chicago Bulls-ready white/black/red blocking and perforated upper make it a natural fit. For throwback purposes, Jordan Brand has added “1993” on the heel pull.
