Just think. If Michael Jordan had stayed with the Bulls in the mid ’90s instead of playing baseball, there’d be no “Barons” Air Jordan 11 Low.
Maybe very few black and silver colorways, too. Thankfully, we got to see that MJ was actually a competent baseball player who might’ve made the majors one day, and that this theme lives on for many retro releases to come. Teed up for spring 2017, this 11 Low puts a slightly new spin on the traditional materials. No Cordura mesh, instead nubuck. Where there was solid color patent leather, iridescent shine has taken place. Underfoot is all white ice with matching black herringbone to keep things clean.
