As it turns out, Spike Lee’s gold “Academy Award” Air Jordan 6 was also a sort of preview. While Spike’s kicks feature a translucent blue tongue and heel tab, the rest of this upcoming release is a note-for-note re-creation of that exclusive that Jordan fans will have a shot at to close 2016. The other major difference is that they won’t be free as they were for Mookie. Price tag for the Air Jordan 6 “Pinnacle” is a lofty $250, which is a bargain compared to the $400 Air Jordan 1 “Pinnacle” that dropped in 2015.
