September 2015 brought fans a rare PE from the Jordan Brand vaults called Air Jordan 9 “Anthracite.” The charcoal nubuck sneaker was originally created for the Oregon Ducks football squad ahead of the 2011 BCS Title Game, but Jordan released it without the “O” logo and switched up the lining. Gotta let true PEs stay true PEs. You can catch pairs of these now at spots like Stadium Goods.
