Mitchell & Ness kicks off 2016 with Michael Jordan‘s 1991 NBA All-Star Game jersey, celebrating 25 years since Jordan played the star-studded showcase for the first and only time in his home state of North Carolina.

The white Eastern Conference jersey returns correct to the smallest detail, with knit mesh providing a crisp canvas for the screen printed chrome NBA All-Star crest, and Jordan’s iconic number 23 front and back in classic block font.

It was in this jersey that Jordan led all scorers in the 1991 game with 26 points, which helped tip the win to the East squad, 116-114. He also debuted Air Jordan 6, choosing Black/Infrared – then known as “Black/Infared” – to put on his performance.

Next year, the moment will come full circle when Jordan and the Charlotte Hornets host the 2017 NBA All-Star Weekend.

The Mitchell & Ness 1991 Michael Jordan All-Star jersey releases on Friday, January 15th at the Mitchell & Ness flagship store in Philadelphia, and to other select Mitchell & Ness retailers.
