When the Chicago Bulls won their six championship, and third in a row as their second three-peat there was no doubt in anybody’s mind that this was the greatest modern-day team that had hit the hardwood. Today’s vintage gear is an ultra-rare 1998 Chicago Tribute newspaper printing plate of the front page, the base for every issue printed that day, that shows Michael Jordan and Phil Jackson hugging in celebration of their historic feat. At the top of the piece of sheet metal reads ‘The Joy of Six’ while the Bulls’ championship years are written below it. Head to the gallery to get a better look at this piece of history and bid on it today from strangstomper on eBay.
