Anyone who knows their Michael Jordan history knows that there was a time before MJ became a Nike man, with him rocking Converse on the regular way back in his UNC days. His footwear history has come full circle with Converse being brought into the Nike INC. fold, allowing the very rare opportunity for Jordan Brand to team up with Converse for a collaborative release (which actually almost happened once before in this scrapped Defining Moments Package), celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Jordan’s NCAA Championship. Details are still slim and the only image so far is the teaser above, but what we do know is that only 23 pairs will be produced and they will all be auctioned off for charity come Monday, April 2nd. Stay tuned with Jordans Daily for info on the Jordan x Converse collaboration and let us know what your thoughts are in the comments below!
