We’ve all missed out in a hot release at one point or another, forced to head to the secondary market in hopes of picking up our grails at a reasonable price. Customizer ShowtimeXII on NT wasn’t satisfied with that route, instead opting to make his own pair of the Air Jordan V ‘Grape’ in a low variation when he missed out on their retail drop. Formed by slapping a new paint job onto the silver colorway of the WMNS Air Jordan V Low and swapping out the tongue with a pair of Air Jordan Force V’s mimicking the ‘Grape’ look he was able to create this stunning Frankenstein that comes pretty close to the original Air Jordan V ‘Grape’ save for the height. Click through for a look at the painstaking process and let us know if you like this Air Jordan V Low ‘Grape’ custom job.
