The past year or so has seen a good number of low cut Air Jordans, with models like the Air Jordan XI and the Air Jordan XII both getting the drop-top treatment. Towards the dawn of the new millennium this practice was even more frequent though, with the above Air Jordan VIII Low just one of the many models to get trimmed down to size during the time. The sneaker takes the familiar colorway from the Air Jordan VIII ‘Playoffs’ and about halves in height-wise, resulting in a more casual look.
