The subject of custom sneakers is a bit of a polarizing one, with some sneakerheads feeling satisfied with the retail releases and others dying for that one-of-one appeal. If you’re in the latter group then this quick compilation should be right up your alley. Complex has cobbled together a grouping of their fifty greatest custom jobs, and we’ve picked the Air Jordans out from the selections to whittle down some of the better one-off paint jobs that have been applied to our favorite legacy models. The above shown ‘Dave White’ custom on the Air Jordan III is a bit of an ironic one, with the Air Jordan 1 that it borrows from being a bit of a custom itself thanks to White’s cut and paste approach to the silhouette. Click through to check out the rest of the Jordans included and let us know which of your favorites they left out. via complex
