Before the New York Knicks became Michael Jordan’s rival during the 1990s, the Cleveland Cavaliers provided epic matchups against their divisional foe. After all, it is against the Cleveland Cavaliers that Jordan has one of his career defining moments against. In Game 5 in the first round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs, Michael hit what would be known today as “the Shot” just before time expired over Craig Ehlo. In conjunction with the 23rd anniversary of the Air Jordan IV, the shoe Michael wore when he hit the game winning shot, Jordan Brand is releasing a Cavaliers colored IV that is expected to drop in the coming months.
