Last April, the Air Jordan V ‘Tokyo 23’ released but only as an Asia exclusive to the dismay of the entire sneaker community. It would turn out to be one of the biggest Jordan releases of the year despite the fact that there are only a handful floating around. Wale boasted his sneakerhead status once again at the reopening of Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club as he wore the ‘Tokyo 23’ Vs to the party.
