Next February, one of the most anticipated sneakers in over a decade will release, appeasing collectors both new and old. The retro of the Air Jordan IV ‘White Cement’ will give people the opportunity to finally put their pair from 1999 on the bench and substitute a fresh pair. Some have noted that there are differences in the 1999 and 2012 versions and sneakerhead extraordinaire YungDrSeuss took the task of going through what makes these versions different.
