After last night’s labor negotiations or lack thereof, there won’t be any NBA for a while. One thing that can be taken away from the negotiations is the new revenue sharing deal that will benefit small market teams like the Charlotte Bobcats. Michael Jordan, owner of the Bobcats, was one of the owners who lobbied for a new redistribution deal. The new deal will nearly triple the old amount from $60 million to $150 million which would aid in putting those franchises on a level playing field. via SLAMOnline.
