Back in January 2009, Jordan Brand released an Air Jordan 1 in the Black/Infrared colorway, but it turns out they were more of a Max Orange than Infrared. This sample shows what they were supposed to look like before the initial changes were made. The Infrared tone, made famous by the Air Jordan VI, is featured throughout the upper on patent leather. According to the seller, who has these listed for $2,000, these are one of a few pairs in the world so these are rare indeed.
