Before Michael Jordan was doing advertisements for Gatorade and McDonald’s, he was doing commercials for hair care products; women’s hair care products. In this 1986 commercial for Gentle Treatment, following an overtime victory, Michael sweeps away a reporter in the crowd after noticing her “soft, smooth, silky hair”. The commercial for Gentle Treatment was just the beginning of Michael Jordan becoming one of the most recognizable brands on the planet.
