The Air Jordan 1 ‘Banned’ has left many collectors scratching their heads and scrambling to find information regarding the release of this shoe. The ‘Banned’ 1 recently hit more outlets across the country and many camped out in the hopes that they could be one of the few to say that they have a pair. This version of the Air Jordan 1 Black/Red pays homage to the 1984 original which was subsequently banned by featuring the ‘Nike Air’ tag on the tongue and premium leather, something that hasn’t been seen on an AJ 1 retro since 2001.
