Air Jordan 2.0

The Air Jordan II, originally released during the 1986-87 season, was the shoe Michael Jordan won his first dunk contest in. With the Air Jordan 2.0, we might be waiting for Michael to come back down. In what is the latest of Jordan Brand projects, the Air Jordan 2.0 features a basketball-specific 360-degree Max Air unit. The first colorway is inspired by the original White/Black/Red colorway worn in 1987.  Like other recent AJ 2 releases, this features ‘AIR’ on the heel tab rather than ‘Nike’ or ‘Jordan’. Will more Jordan models get the same treatment down the line? That’s yet to be seen but depending on what happens on June 4th, it is a possibility.
