After a year-long run of Countdown Packs, Jordan Brand closed out 2008 with the Air Jordan 11/12. This release paired two of the favorite colorways in all of Air Jordan history with Air Jordan 11 “Bred” and Air Jordan 12 “Taxi.” Both shoes were worn by Michael Jordan during his second three-peat run with the Chicago Bulls, each becoming legendary as Jordan wrapped up his fourth, fifth, and sixth NBA titles. The pack was an instant sellout on release day, December 20, 2008, especially with fans eager to get multiple pairs of Air Jordan 11 “Bred” – not seen at retail since 2001.
