P.J. Tucker hit two rarities with one lace-up. The Phoenix Suns forward and sneaker connoisseur brought his pair of Air Jordan 5 “Bin 23” out of presumed hibernation, not only giving fans a look at a seldom-seen retro release but also actually – gasp – wearing them.
This is a treat for sneaker watchers but standard practice for Tucker, famous for wearing old retros like Shawn Marion’s Jordan Brand retros and original “Chutney” Air Jordan 13 Lows.
Bin 23 5s released on February 18, 2011 in a fresh spin on the classic Black/Metallic Silver colorway.
