Intact Air Jordan 1s from 1985 are some of the most collectible sneakers in the world. So, it’s nice when you receive a pair for free.

As posted on the Sneakers subreddit, a high school student by the handle of “mrcrano” related that his high school gym teacher handed the 31-year-old kicks over after noticing the student’s passion for sneakers.

“Gym teacher noticed my love for shoes this year and gave me his son’s Chicago 1’s,” he captioned.

Though the teacher’s son’s collection is missing a possible grail centerpiece, it looks like the shoes have landed in grateful hands.
