Jordan Brand recently refitted Air Jordan 4 as a $400 Premium release, but Hender Scheme got to the idea first. The luxury label by Ryo Kashiwazaki introduced its upmarket take on this Jumpman icon in 2014, utilizing raw leathers and deconstructed, hand-made fit for a bespoke style. Now, HS returns to retail with a black leather release. Worthy of the “Black Cat” nickname, this release features the classic AJ4 layout built with slim midsole, leather lining and replaceable leather soles. Select sizes are available now at Barneys New York.
