In 2003, Jordan Brand tried something a little different by introducing the Air Jordan 8 Low. There weren’t any 8 Lows with the original releases in 1993, which made the ’03 drops an interesting answer to the what-if. The 8’s cross-straps were reduced to a single anchored pull, with the famous Zubaz style liner print and the rest of the “Playoffs” colorway intact. With the exception of the women’s 8 Low “Cinder” colorway in 2007, Jordan Brand has kept this shoe in the vault. Should they bring it back in other OG colorways, perhaps new looks, too? Hit us in the comments, and check out eBay to find ’03 pairs.
