Michael Jordan nailed many game-winners throughout his career, but the one on May 7, 1989 is among his most famous.
With the Bulls-Cavs first round playoff series tied 2-2 and Game 5 down to the final possession, Michael Jordan caught the inbounds pass, dribbled left, eclipsed Craig Ehlo midair, and knocked in the jumper. Bulls 101, Cavs 100.
The highlight has been an essential to every Jordan reel ever since, capturing the 26-year-old star’s clutch tendencies and, of course, his Air Jordan 4 “Black/Cement.”
