Jordan Brand has re-released so many incredible kicks since 1999 that surely they’re running out of options for future drops, right? Nah. Case in point – Air Jordan 11 Low “Columbia.” This crisp pair released on April 14, 2001 as one of seven 11 Lows to hit that spring and summer, throwing a new look at fans of the iconic patent leather shoe. Prior to ’01 there was no such thing as an 11 Low – 11 Low IE notwithstanding – so anyone who snapped these up added quite a rarity to their rotation. A few patent 11 Lows have released in the last year, including the “Citrus” flavor, but Columbias remain in the vault. For now. Take a closer look at this 2001 pair below from eBay and let us know your thoughts on Jordan Brand bringing them back one day.
