When you think of Air Jordans, the Air Jordan 4 “Fire Red” is one of the quintessential choices. It’s the most “Chicago Bulls” themed colorway of the AJ4 series, releasing in mid-1989 as Michael Jordan and his young squad were gearing up for another run at the Eastern Conference crown. MJ wore this look for the first few months of the 1989-90 season until the Air Jordan 5 debuted that February. With the Air Jordan 4 “White/Cement” returning in February 2016 with Nike Air branding, the possibility of an OG-style AJ4 “Fire Red” return doesn’t seem as improbable. If you’ve got old school collectibles like these, snap ’em and tag ’em with #jordansdaily.
