Jordan Brand has put out Jordan retro cleats to be sure, but nothing like this IX spike that Michael Jordan wore during his 1994 baseball run. Truly a collector’s item, this size 13.5 sports black leather and nubuck, white laces, trim and 45 stitching, and a now-antiquated Nike spike plate bolted on. Below you’ll see more modern takes for the feet of former Yankess great Derek Jeter with Air Jordans 6 and 14. These also keep to a simple black and white combo, with DJ’s number 2 properly placed. Is there an untapped market among active baseball players for retros of these cleats?
