Truly one of the more unexpected retros on the last few years, the Air Jordan 11 Low IE “Referee” is set to release for the first time ever on September 26th. Modeled after the 1996 edition created for referees, the 2015 retro carries the same blacked out look, switching in black nubuck for the original’s black leather, and sports the black and red checkered carbon fiber shank and red traction. It certainly makes for a much more stylish option than vinyl MacGregors or whatever muted sneakers refs are supposed to wear.
