Pulling the Air Jordan 1 OG High “Bulls” this year was a great get – provided you didn’t get got by the Internet bots – but Jordan Brand bringing out the original UNC Tar Heels colorway not seen on shelves since 1985 can be equated with sheer craziness. But this isn’t a one-off release. JB set the precedent for this white and blue rarity by fetching AJ1 Shattered Backboard (June 27, $160) and AJ 1.5 (July 25, $150) out of the archival pot of ideas. We only wonder what other concepts in are in the works. Right now the AJ1 UNC is slated for October 31, Halloween. Stay tuned.
