Marcus Jordan Shows Off His Latest Air Jordan Haul

For his #MJMondays reboot, Michael Jordan’s son Marcus regaled his Twitter followers with peeks at Air Jordan XX3 “Chi City” and Air Jordan 1 “Los Angeles.” Naturally, both kicks have elicited much interest in the last few weeks – the XX3 since it’s the first ever retro of the model (and extremely red), and the AJ1 due to its limited availability.

While the 1 has no trouble making clear the roots of its inspiration, the XX3 digs a little deeper in the details with Chicago area codes 312 and 773 on the right and left tongues, respectively. Chicago has used 312 since 1947 and it covers downtown; 773 went live in 1996 and takes care of the rest out to city limits.

Marcus Jordan is currently readying his own sneaker and apparel boutique to open in 2016. (Cue the exploding mind clip.)
