With the Citrus 11 Low set to come back on June 20th as a kids release, we’re going to check out an original pair from 2001, when it arrived on shelves as a women’s shoe. As you see here, the patent leather has taken on the buttercream frosting hue that the ’01 AJ11 “Columbia” tends to experience over its life. But other than that, a slightly restyled collar and toe box shape, the 2015 drop brings this look back with solid accuracy. And anytime you have an Air Jordan 11 mid or low with a dyed translucent outsole, it stays crispy for ages – no yellowing and shows little to no wear. That’s partly why Jordan Brand dosed some of the recent clear-soled XIs with blue tint, to stave off discoloration.
Peruse the rest of the photos for this pair currently offered by flash1ight on eBay, and stay tuned to Jordans Daily for the next Daily Jordan installment.
