One of the most notable members of Team Jordan’s squad throughout the ’00s, Josh Howard enjoyed his share of Air Jordan player exclusives during his 10-year NBA career,

Though “JHO” continued to wear Jordans right through his short stint with the Timberwolves in 2012, his player exclusives with the Dallas Mavericks – the team he had the most success with by far – that stand the test of time.

Today’s Daily Jordan takes a look at one of his Air Jordan 8 PEs from 2007, right smack dab in the middle of his NBA prime. Throughout the 2006-07 and 2007-08 campaigns, Howard averaged 18.9 and 19.9 points per game, respectively, helping to keep Dallas in contender status in the tough Western Conference.

This PE goes with the traditional AJ8 Hare colorway template, featuring white leather, grey heel wrap, and mixes of navy blue, light blue and grey to match up with Dallas’ team colors. As was the case with most Air Jordan PEs during this era, the player’s initials, or nickname in Josh’s case, were stitched onto a conspicuous portion of the shoe.
