Jordan Melo 1.5: Black – Gym Red – White | Release Date

The Jordan Melo 1.5 saw its first retro in that classic Denver Nuggets away iteration featuring a black base with dark powder blue accents not too long ago and was significant for a few reasons. First, it was the first retro of a non-signature Jordan to release under another player’s imprint besides MJ and it payed respect to Melo’s time in Denver which wasn’t necessarily a happy goodbye. While that may have aided in smoothing things over between player and city, the next Jordan Melo 1.5 Retro to hit shelves will be this “Chicago” inspired look that sees a black base hit with accents of white in a sort of “Playoff” look while gym red plays a part in holding down the branding.
