Every February, Jordan Brand rolls out their annual Black History Month collection and this year we’ll see another installment of a special edition Air Jordan 1 Mid. The shoe had a low key 2013, supplementing releases like the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG (which seemingly dominated last year’s landscape alongside the likes of the Air Jordan 5). Will 2014 be the year that this sneaker moves to the forefront? Ditching the classic Nike Air branding for an exclusive leather “BHM” branding, the shoe definitely stands out with a monochromatic maroon look while the inner lining is struck with a print of gold and red.
